Rules for using this marketing website. Paid Qorwel licenses are governed by your order, invoice, and EULA — which control if they are stricter.
Browsing this site does not grant software rights. Activation and seats follow a paid order.
UAE law and Dubai courts apply to these website terms unless a signed order sets a different venue for that order only.
1. Agreement
By using this website you agree to these Terms with DGTIA. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to inquiries you submit. Purchasing Qorwel is governed by the order, invoice, and EULA. Where those documents conflict with this page for a paid license, the commercial documents win — especially clauses that protect DGTIA.
2. Site purpose
This site is for learning about Qorwel, comparing catalog plans, reading guides, and contacting sales. It is not your day-to-day CRM. Activation codes and team logins are delivered on your company CRM link after we prepare your install.
3. Eligibility
The site targets business users in the UAE and GCC. You must be legally able to enter a commercial inquiry. We may refuse or ignore requests that appear abusive, automated, or outside our market.
4. Acceptable use
- No hacking, scraping at abusive scale, or overloading our infrastructure
- No malware, phishing, spam, or unlawful content via forms or links
- No impersonation or false company details in sales requests
- No use that infringes IP rights or violates UAE law (including cybercrime and anti-spam rules)
- No framing or mirroring the site for commercial diversion without written consent
We may block access, delete submissions, or report abuse where appropriate.
5. Requests and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Quotes and proposals based on inaccurate seat counts or company details may be withdrawn or re-priced. Submitting a form is an invitation to treat — it does not create a binding license until we issue and you accept commercial documents (or pay an invoice under those terms).
6. Pricing, VAT, and taxes
- Catalog prices are in AED and may change without notice for future orders
- UAE VAT and other taxes may apply under Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 and related rules
- Online self-serve checkout may come later; today most purchases start with sales
- No website price listing guarantees a final invoice amount until confirmed in writing
7. Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos, product names, graphics, and software descriptions belong to DGTIA or its licensors. You receive a limited permission to browse and share public links — not a license to copy the site, brand, or product for competing use. Qorwel software rights are only granted under the EULA after a valid order.
8. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that pages are complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Product roadmaps, sector packs, and marketing examples are illustrative unless expressly included in a paid order.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from website use
- Our aggregate liability for website-related claims in any twelve months is capped at AED 1,000 or the amounts you paid us solely for website-related paid services in that period (if any) — whichever is lower but still enforceable
- Liability for paid software is defined exclusively in the order and EULA, not these website terms
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify DGTIA against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site, unlawful submissions, or infringement caused by content you provide — except to the extent caused solely by our proven willful misconduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these website Terms, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect IP or stop abuse.
12. Language
The English version of these Terms controls. Any translation is for convenience only unless a bilingual order expressly states otherwise for that order.
